Judging Others

"Judge not, and you will not be judged; condemn not, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven; give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you."

From the Bible, Luke 6:37-38

Tot2day:
We will only say "Give and take" and no one will say "Take and give"!
If you really wanted something in life,
then you must give it up first.
ie. if you got no time, then you must give up your time (to complete certain thing) then the time will come back to you.
So, next time when you feel like no one is caring about you,
first you must ask yourself have you ever cared about them in the first place?

How Much You Care About Them?

"The people that work for you won't care how much you know until they know how much you care" - John Maxwell

Tot2Day:
You may really know everything, you may really are so capable but if you care nothing to those people who work for you, know nothing about what they wanted and How they felt.
You may still luckily to have good achievement but you won no respect.
Beside, you may good in Management but you have already failed in Leadership.
Bear in mind,
"Management is doing the thing right, but Leadership is doing the right thing"
So, are you doing the right thing?
Or you just do the thing right?

Take sometimes to listen to what they said.
Take sometimes to feel what they felt.
You will be surprise that everyone have different priority in life.
You will be surprise that everyone have totally different point of view from yours.
The point is not to justify who is wrong or who is right.
But to remind you,
you are not the only human in Earth planet
and the most important point is:
you are not the only human with feeling in this Earth planet.

Remember, when you do so,
please let them know you are sincerely caring about it.
When they know how much you care,
they will start care how much you know and help you to know more..

Welcome To Wherever You Are

Artist: Bon Jovi
Album: Have a nice Day
Title: Welcome To Wherever You Are

Maybe we're different,
but we're still the same
We all got the blood of Eden,
running through our veins
I know sometimes it's hard for you to see
You come between just who you are and who you wanna be

If you feel alone, and lost and need a friend
Remember every new beginning, is some beginning's end

[Chorus]
Welcome to wherever you are
This is your life, you made it this far
Welcome, you gotta believe
That right here right now,
you're exactly where you're supposed to be
Welcome, to wherever you are

When everybody's in, and you're left out
And you feel your drowning,
in a shadow of a doubt
Everyones a miracle in their own way
Just listen to yourself, not what other people say
When it seems you're lost, alone and feeling down
Remember everybody's different
Just take a look around

[Chorus]

Be who you want to, be who you are
Everyone is a hero, everyone is a star

When you wanna give up,
and your hearts about to break
Remember that you're perfect,
God makes no mistakes

[Chorus]

Tot 2day:
Yes, accept it - "This is your life, you made it this far", Why Complain? "you're exactly where you're supposed to be" Life is never been fair.

But good news is, "God makes no mistakes, you're always be perfect", never give up your dream, always fight for your life and your freedom, then one day you will notice that you are really "Be who you want to, be who you are, Everyone is a hero, everyone is a star "

Do you Miss God's Blessing?

A young man was getting ready to graduate from college. For many months he had admired a beautiful sports car in a dealer's showroom, and knowing his father could well afford it, he told him that was all he wanted.

As Graduation Day approached, the young man awaited signs that his father had purchased the car. Finally, on the morning of his graduation, his father called him into his private study. His father told him how proud he was to have such a fine son, and told him how much he loved him. He handed his son a beautifully wrapped gift box.

Curious, and somewhat disappointed, the young man opened the box and found a lovely, leather-bound Bible, with the young man's name embossed in gold. Angry, he rose his voice to his father and said "with all your money, you give me a Bible?" and stormed out of the house.

Many years passed and the young man was very successful in business. He had a beautiful home and wonderful family, but realised his father was very old, and thought perhaps he should go to him. He had not seen him since that graduation day.

Before he could make arrangements, he received a telegram telling him his father had passed away, and willed all of his possessions to his son. He needed to come home immediately and take care of things.

When he arrived at his father's house, sudden sadness and regret filled his heart. He began to search through his father's important papers and saw the still gift-wrapped Bible, just as he had left it years ago. With tears, he opened the Bible and began to turn the pages. His father had carefully underlined a verse, Matt. 7:11, "And if ye, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more shall your Heavenly Father which is in Heaven, give to those who ask Him?"

As he read those words, a car key dropped from the back of the Bible. It had a tag with the dealer's name, the same dealer who had the sports car he had desired. On the tag was the date of his graduation, and the words PAID IN FULL.

How many times do we miss God's blessings because that are not package as we wanted it to be? How many times do we miss God's blessings because we can't see past our own desires?

It's All Between You and God

People are often unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered;
Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives;
Be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies;
Succeed anyway.
If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you;
Be honest and frank anyway.
What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight;
Build anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous;
Be happy anyway.
The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow;
Do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have and it may just never be enough;
Give the world the best you have anyway.

You see, in the final analysis, it's all between you and God;
It was never between you and them anyway.
-Quote by Mother Teresa
